Sabor Cruise Festival – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, package, reservation, or making any payment toward the Sabor Cruise Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Nature

Sabor Cruise Festival is a multi-day entertainment festival experience organized in partnership with a third-party cruise operator. The event includes scheduled performances, parties, activities, entertainment programming, and related experiences occurring throughout the event dates.

Cruise accommodations, event access, entertainment schedules, and related services are subject to availability, operational requirements, safety regulations, weather conditions, and third-party provider policies.

2. Payment Terms

All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, the guest understands and agrees that funds are committed toward:

• cruise reservations,

• venue allocations,

• entertainment contracts,

• staffing,

• operational planning,

• and other event-related expenses that are incurred immediately after booking.

Failure to complete payment plans by required deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of amounts previously paid.

3. Travel Protection / Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional travel protection/insurance coverage at the time of booking or through an approved provider.

Travel protection may help cover certain unforeseen circumstances including illness, emergencies, travel interruptions, or other qualifying situations depending on the provider’s terms.

Sabor Cruise Festival is not responsible for reimbursement of losses that may otherwise be covered through travel protection insurance. https://www.travelexinsurance.com/

4. Event Changes, Delays, or Rescheduling

In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• weather conditions,

• natural disasters,

• government actions,

• public health concerns,

• cruise line operational changes,

• port changes,

• travel restrictions,

• artist cancellations,

• transportation disruptions,

• force majeure events,

• or other safety or operational issues,
   

Sabor Cruise Festival reserves the right to:

• modify event schedules,

• substitute performers or programming,

• change venues or itineraries,

• postpone portions of the event,

• or reschedule the event entirely.

If the event is rescheduled, all valid purchases and reservations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date or replacement event. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling or changes caused by circumstances outside the organizer’s reasonable control.
 

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• obtaining valid travel documentation,

• complying with cruise line requirements,

• arriving on time for embarkation,

• maintaining valid identification/passports,

• and following all cruise line and event rules.

Failure to meet cruise line boarding requirements or travel requirements does not qualify for a refund.
 

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, guests agree not to initiate improper chargebacks or payment disputes for charges that comply with these Terms & Conditions.
 

Customers are encouraged to contact Sabor Cruise Festival directly regarding any questions or concerns before contacting their financial institution.
 

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in denial of future event participation and may be subject to collection efforts or legal action where permitted by law.
 

7. Media Release

Guests acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may occur during the event. By attending, guests grant Sabor Cruise Festival permission to use event photography, video, and related media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabor Cruise Festival, its organizers, affiliates, staff, performers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• personal injury,

• property damage,

• travel interruptions,

• missed departures,

• delays,

• acts of third parties,

• or losses resulting from circumstances outside reasonable control.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Sabor Cruise Festival for the applicable reservation or event access to the maximum extent permitted by law.
 

9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, booking, making payment, or attending the event, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
